Copyright complaints
Listing portraits are uploaded by creators. If you own the copyright in an image on fuel.fans and it is being used without permission, send a takedown notice to our designated agent: support@fuel.fans (subject line "DMCA"). Include: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing material on fuel.fans, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the creator who uploaded it, and accept counter-notifications meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. 512(g). If a valid counter-notification is received, the material may be restored in 10 to 14 business days unless you notify us that you have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated.
Someone is impersonating you?
