Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you're agreeing to
fuel.fans ("the service", "we") is a leaderboard of verified adult-content creators, operated by Owl Advantage, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware file no. 10589493; registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA). By using the site, fueling a creator, or listing yourself as a creator, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use fuel.fans in any way. The chart itself is kept safe for work, but it lists adult-content creators and links to adult platforms. By entering you confirm you are at least 18 and that using the service is legal where you live.
3. What fueling is
A fuel is a voluntary payment with two effects at once: the creator is paid, and the full amount you chose lands on her public rank score. The score is a number in a game. It is not money, not property, not a balance you hold, and not redeemable by you for anything. It burns down continuously at a posted rate, and what has burned is gone.
4. No refunds
Fuel payments are final. The tip portion belongs to the creator the moment it settles, and the score portion is consumed as it burns. We do not refund fuel because a score dropped, a creator lost the crown, went cold, left the chart, or was removed, or because the burn rate changed. The burn rate is set by fuel.fans, is shown on the site, and can change over time, including stepping up as the chart grows.
5. Nothing is wagered and nothing is won
Fueling is tipping with a public scoreboard. You receive no goods, services, winnings, prizes, revenue share, or anything else of value in exchange for fueling, beyond seeing the score move. Fueling is not an investment, a lottery, a wager, or a purchase of content or access. Any relationship you have with a creator on another platform is between you and that platform.
6. Payments
Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by third-party processors. Crypto payments are irreversible by nature: send only what you mean to send, on the network the checkout tells you to use. Payments sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network can be permanently lost and we cannot recover them. We never store card numbers and we never see your wallet's private keys. fuel.fans collects each fuel as the creator's appointed payment agent: your payment is considered received by the creator the moment fuel.fans receives it, and it fully satisfies your payment obligation to her, regardless of when the platform remits her share.
7. Creators
Only a creator can list herself; fans can never create a listing. Listing requires ownership verification and an identity check (18+, ID document, and a face match against the listing portrait) handled by our verification partner. You agree to provide truthful information, to keep your listing safe for work, and to list only yourself. Creator earnings, the creator share, withdrawal rules, and payout timing are disclosed in the creator dashboard. Creators are responsible for their own taxes. A creator may fuel her own listing. Self-fuel is treated like any other fuel for payout purposes, and the platform fee applies to it. By listing, the creator appoints fuel.fans as her limited agent for the sole purpose of accepting and processing fan payments on her behalf, authorizes fuel.fans to hold itself out publicly as her payment collection agent, and agrees that funds held pending withdrawal are held for her benefit as agent; fuel.fans claims no ownership of them beyond its earned fee and pays no interest on them.
8. Content and conduct
The chart is strictly safe for work: portraits, names, taglines, links, and numbers only. Do not impersonate anyone, list a person without being that person, post explicit or unlawful content, harass anyone through fuel messages, attempt to manipulate the chart through fraud, or use the service to launder money or evade sanctions. We screen and moderate listings and messages and may remove either at our discretion. Nothing on this site requires records under 18 U.S.C. 2257; every listed creator is an ID-verified adult.
8a. Absolutely no in-person services
fuel.fans is for supporting online content creators, full stop. Any offer, solicitation, advertisement, or arrangement of in-person sexual services, escorting, companionship for compensation, meet-ups, or any form of commercial sex, whether in a listing, a link destination, a name, or a fuel message, is prohibited. A violation means immediate removal and a permanent ban, and where the law requires it, referral to law enforcement. Listings may link only to established content platforms.
9. Takedown and copyright
If a listing depicts you and you did not create it, report it at fuel.fans/report. Identity claims take the listing down first, with questions after. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA policy; repeat infringers are terminated.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove any listing, refuse any payment, or ban any user at our discretion, including for failed or expired verification, suspected fraud, chargebacks, sanctions exposure, or breach of these terms. Scores keep burning while a listing is hidden. Money already owed to a verified creator for settled, unreversed fuel remains payable through the normal withdrawal process unless the underlying payments are reversed or unlawful.
11. The service is provided as is
We provide the service as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost scores. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the ninety days before the claim arose.
12. Changes
We can update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes to creator money terms are announced in the creator dashboard.
